Retail sales tax shall be paid by the customer at time of purchase of all sales

State and Federal income tax on all artist work sales are to be the sole responsibility of the artist and handled by the artist when filling their yearly taxes

Niland Galleries Co-op fee is due on the first of the month, in the amount of $200.00 USD. Payment shall be made in the form of cash, check [checks must contain the address of the artist, and have written on the check, the artist drivers licenses number or state issued identification number], or by credit card.

On the seventh (7^th) of each month all artist will receive gross sales minus licensing fee, which is $200.00 or 25% of sales whichever is grater
